Yummy parmesan cheese and artichokes make this dish savory and delicious, it's easy too!
- 1 (8 ounce) can artichoke hearts
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 dash salt
- 3 ounces parmesan cheese
- grated swiss cheese, on top
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Drain and chop artichokes.
- Mix all ingrediants together, put in oven proof dish.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
