- 1 (14 ounce) can artichokes, drained and chopped
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
- 1⁄4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 -4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 dash lemon juice
- 1 -2 tablespoon jalapeno pepper, chopped
directions
- Puree in blender, put in a bowl and cook on high for 2 minutes (or 20 minutes in oven at 350F) Serve hot with crackers or cut up french bread.

I made this on X-mas eve and the whole thing was devoured by my BF's sister, her BF & I (the only people who would eat artichokes). I did make a few changes as I often do w/ recipes. I did not puree it cause I prefer it chunky. I used light mayo. I also left out the jalapenos, which I love, but not everyone does. Thanks, I'm sure I will make this again.
