- 1 (16 ounce) can artichokes
- 1 small onion
- 1 medium roasted red pepper
- 1 stalk celery
- 1 small carrot
- 1 (10 ounce) package crabmeat
- 1 small garlic clove
- salt
- pepper
- 2 -8 ounces Philadelphia Cream Cheese
directions
- Take onion, celery, carrot, garlic,crab.artichokes and chop up in food precessor. Take red pepper and roast it on stove top till it's all chared. Then put that in baggie and let it sweat. Remove char skin and also remove seeds from inside. Then chop red pepper up and add to you crab mixture.
- Take 2 packages of softened philly cream cheese in a bowel. Add your chopped items and the mix with mixer for a few minutes until creamy. Add salt and pepper to taste.
