This is very good.
- 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained & sliced
- 6 ounces smoked dried beef, shredded
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (2 1/4 ounce) can sliced ripe olives
- 2 tablespoons sherry wine
- 8 pastry shells, baked
- Combine everything EXCEPT pastries.
- Simmer to heat.
- Serve in pastry shells.
