- 78.78 ml plain low-fat yogurt
- 59.14 ml light mayonnaise
- 3.69 ml fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1.23 ml black pepper
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 473.18 ml rotisserie cooked boneless skinless chicken breasts, shredded
- 236.59 ml canned artichoke heart, drained and chopped
- 4 slice bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 473.18 ml arugula, trimmed
- sourdough bread, toasted
directions
- Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl.
- Stir in chicken, artichoke hearts, and bacon.
- Divide arugula evenly over 4 bread slices; top each slice with 3/4 cup chicken mixture and place remaining bread slice on top.
