By 5 hours it needed some more cooking and by 7 hours it was falling of the bone and oh so tender and flavoursome and we all thoroughly enjoyed, served with Brie Mashed Potatoes made for a very satisfying and filling meal. Thank you Grace Cuderjahn, made for Name that Ingredient tag game.
Amazingly good! I loved the flavor of the artichoke and olives together with the lamb. Only change I made was to use whole pitted olives and made with two shanks as a very generous meal in itself for two rather than serving over anything.
