This was SOOOO good! I had never made Arroz con Pollo before, but this was outstanding! Just like you said - very flavorful! I made it in the crockpot, just threw everything in together, and it came out great! Hubby wants it on the weekly dinner rotation now. Thanks Kitten!

Easy and satisfying! We omitted the ham and peas and it was great. I don't like really spicy food but this was just fine with me - flavorful, not really spicy. Will definitely make it again!

This does have tons of flavor! I really enjoyed this. The only thing I did differently was to omit the ham. I thought the flavors all went together very nicely. Thank you for the lovely recipe!

This recipe was pretty good. The only thing I change is the amount of liquid added with the rice. It can come out too sticky for my tastes so I reduce the liquid and finish the steaming with a wet piece of paper bag over the rice.

I made this about a week ago and I'm still craving it! I just used drumsticks and a few leftover tomatoes rather than canned. I skipped the peas, ham and olives since we didn't have either, but I did add some frozen corn instead. This was very very tasty and smelled delicious while it was cooking! Thanks!

This was a wonderfully flavorful and easy one pot meal to prepare. For dietary reasons I did omit the oil and just used a light coating of cooking spray to brown the (skinless)chicken and veggies, and also used only half the amount of olives to cut the sodium content of the dish. Thank you Kittencal for sharing the recipe.

Had to quadruple this recipe for a family gathering - always looking for something simple and easy. I browned and baked the chicken earlier in the day and kept it warm and then cooked the rice (w/o the ham) and everyone loved it. Will definitely make again.

This was very tasty and authentic...my family is part-Cuban and I forgot how to make some of the dishes, but this dish was a hit with friends of mine who came over for dinner. The smells took me back to when I was growing up!!
