I thought the meat had a great aromatic flavor and my first time using methi leaves. I did toss in just a bit of lemon juice jsut because I like acid in my kofta and left out the eggs. I made them inside on the non stick griddle. Everyone loved. Thanks for a new Kofta recipe! Made for ZWT 6 by a fellow Looney Spoon :)

This has a wonderful flavor and was perfectly paired with basmati rice and steamed carrots. I had to substitute fenugreek seeds for methi leaves because our local grocer who sells fresh methi leaves was out of stock. Would make a delicious and flavorful addition to soups. Thanks for posting. Reviewed for ZWT 2010.

Wonderfully seasoned. Plus I brushed the burgers with Asian Barbecue Sauce. Topped the burgers with lettuce, tomatoes and a sauce made with mayo and sweet chili sauce. So messy good! Thanks! made for ZWT 6
