Armenian Shredded Wheat Dessert

One of my mother-in-law's family recipes.


  1. Preheat to 350.
  2. Butter a 9x13 dish.
  3. Pour some milk in a bowl. Dip both sides of each shredded wheat square in the milk. Open each square in half and place in dish.
  4. Sprinkle over shredded wheat the sugar, ground walnut, honey and cinnamon.
  5. Pour milk over and dot with desired amount of butter.
  6. Bake for 30 minute.
