Ham Loaf
- 1 1⁄2 - 2 lbs ground pork (I prefer premixed ham loaf from the butcher) or 1 1/2-2 lbs ham (I prefer premixed ham loaf from the butcher)
- 1 1⁄2 - 2 cups breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 3⁄4 cup milk

Glaze
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1⁄3 cup vinegar
- 1⁄2 cup water
directions
- Loaf: Mix all ingredients and shape into 12 balls. Place in a 9 x 13" pan.
- Glaze: Combine all ingredients and pour over ham balls.
- Bake at 300 degrees for 2 hours, basting every 30 minutes.
