This was an easy dish to make. I loved it. I wasn't sure about the olives since I am not usually a fan of olives. I tried a bite after I mixed all the ingredients in and it was good then. It was really good after it had chilled for hours. If you don't like real spicy food, you might want to take her advice and try less cayenne at first. It was delicious. I will make this again. I think I will try it with black beans next time. I love black beans. It was great with the olives and I will make it with them again too.
