This is my 14 year old daughter's recipe; she made this up when she was around 10 years old. Try it you will like it!


  1. Melt butter in a small saucepan; heat on medium low.
  2. Drain potatoes and add to pan.
  3. Add seasonings and heat while stirring.
  4. Cook about 15 minutes or until heated through.

Delicious! I doubled this recipe. I didn't have lemon pepper so I did a little lemon juice and some black pepper. I also used margarine because I needed it to be dairy free.

Arin you can be proud of this tasty recipe. I liked the oregano - I didn't have any lemon pepper so I used regular pepper and added a squeeze of fresh lemon juice. I cut the recipe back to two serving. Thanks Arin for a lovely definite do again recipe

The Flavor combo of this recipe was very good, such a nice simple recipe to put on the table :) I did not really like the canned potatoes though, so i will try this again with some fresh potatoes, which i'm sure will make it even better :) Thanks for sharing this recipe Arin and Shadows :)
