This is my 14 year old daughter's recipe; she made this up when she was around 10 years old. Try it you will like it!

Delicious! I doubled this recipe. I didn't have lemon pepper so I did a little lemon juice and some black pepper. I also used margarine because I needed it to be dairy free.

  1. Melt butter in a small saucepan; heat on medium low.
  2. Drain potatoes and add to pan.
  3. Add seasonings and heat while stirring.
  4. Cook about 15 minutes or until heated through.
