      Well, since the last "reviewer" never made this dish and gave it a poor review, I will review this dish based on the fact it looks AWESOME and I will try it someday and I'm sure its delicious! It Remindes me of my Thai Chicken Thighs that aren't "Thai" so they were reviewed poorly!!! Can people accept the fact that receipes are inspired by the flavors of the country??

      I loved the Chimichurri sauce- excellent, but I didn't love it with hamburgers. I think this sauce would be awesome with chicken or fish though. I am tucking away this recipe to make the sauce on it's own. The blend of flavors was great, and the pepper flakes added the needed kick. I did omit the cilantro and doubled the parsley as a personal preference. Thank you for sharing- DS is in the kitchen right now devouring the left over patties :) Made for ZWT4

      In Argentina the people does not mix the chimichurri sauce with burgers. Never. Really, never.
