  1. Put the pineapple, tomatoes and capsicums in a bowl.
  2. Add the fresh cream and mix well.
  3. Add garlic paste, tomato sauce, salt, pepper and sugar.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  5. Remove and garnish with shredded cabbage and pineapple pcs.
  6. Serve with a smile!
