This might have been the worlds first and oldest flavored coffee. Wether it is or not, it's delicious and something to be sipped slowly and enjoyed.Time given is an estimate, stoves vary. Warning: This is authentic and it's very sweet and you might want to cut back on the sugar.

What a nice perk me up after a days work! Normally I drink my coffee black and this was just like having a piece of cake but instead of eating the cake, this time drinking it.
I love cardamom and cinnamon and the two together is such a good combination.

- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cardamom
- 1 teaspoon vanilla or 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
