What a nice perk me up after a days work! Normally I drink my coffee black and this was just like having a piece of cake but instead of eating the cake, this time drinking it.
I love cardamom and cinnamon and the two together is such a good combination.

What a pick me up! I used espresso coffee again, for this drink and found that vanilla sugar went well with everything else. I didn't find anything too overpowering, even though cardamom has a distinct flavour to it.
Yummy! I got hooked on Turkish coffee the first time I tasted it, which was many years ago in Jerusalem. Well, the scenery around here wasn't quite the same as there, but the taste took me back! This is delicious, and very very sweet, just like what I remember. I remember that this type of coffee is served in very small glasses -- the size of a demitasse -- and is sipped slowly after a meal. This is so good Annacia, I loved this light, sweet and spicy coffee. I adore cardamom just as much as cinnamon so this was perfect for me. I loved the addition of the vanilla sugar, it made it extra special. Since it was very sweet, I added some whipping cream to the top, mellowing it out nicely. Thanks so much for sharing Annacia.
This was nice but I think the cardamom was a little strong for my tastes & I too would increase the cinnamon as a personal taste. I used Splenda to sweeten & did enjoy this Arabian take on flavoured coffee. Thanks!
