A simple appetizer or dessert blending sweet fruit and tangy blue cheese. I used in-season peaches rather than apricots.

These are a superb little appie - and so easy! We are just getting our first apricots of the season and I used 9 for this recipe (scaled to half). Also used the 'good' blue (Roquefort).

I loved these. Others at my party felt they were too rich. But as they were used for an appetizer, I don't think rich should be a problem. We grilled these in the bbq and they turned out perfectly.
