Apricots Tuffed With Goat Cheese and Toasted Hazelnuts

This appetizer I use alot at Summer wedding receptions for cocktail hour


  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. spread hazelnuts on a baking sheet.
  3. bake about twelve minutes stirring frequently.
  4. rub the skins off hazelnuts and rough chop them.
  5. cut apricots in half lengthwise and remove the pits.
  6. spread with goat cheese and sprinkle with hazlenuts.
