This appetizer I use alot at Summer wedding receptions for cocktail hour
- Preheat oven to 350.
- spread hazelnuts on a baking sheet.
- bake about twelve minutes stirring frequently.
- rub the skins off hazelnuts and rough chop them.
- cut apricots in half lengthwise and remove the pits.
- spread with goat cheese and sprinkle with hazlenuts.
