From 'The Everything Cooking for Baby and Toddler Book'. I checked this out of the library and want to store the recipes for when I have to return it.
- Combine the rice with 1/2 cup water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil; then simmer for 20 minutes, or until all liquid has been absorbed.
- Wash the apricot well. Peel it, remove the pit, and chop into small pieces.
- Combine the rice and apricot in a food process or or blender. Pulse to desired consistency.
- If making a thin mixture, puree until smooth. Add breastmilk or formila as needed to make the mixture creamer.
