Here is one treat that you can enjoy hot at summer time and cold at winter time.
- Boil the rice in water or a mixture of water and apricot nectar and sugar to taste.
- Lower flame and cook until just soft.
- Add butter and stir gently.
- Mix in the chopped apricots ensuring that you do not break the grains.
- Garnish with chopped almonds.
- Serve hot/cold with cream.
