Apricot, Mango and Blueberry Smoothie

Found this in the 2003 cookbook, Slim Smoothies, then tweaked it a little.

I used apple cider, as that's what I had on hand. I couldn't find fresh apricots so rehydrated some dried ones and used frozen mango. A yummy smoothie, not too sweet and so healthy! A great way to start the day.

Directions

  1. Place ingredients in a blender & use the on/off pulse function to mix until mostly blended. Gradually increase the speed & continue mixing until smooth.
  2. Pour into 2 glasses & enjoy!
