I used apple cider, as that's what I had on hand. I couldn't find fresh apricots so rehydrated some dried ones and used frozen mango. A yummy smoothie, not too sweet and so healthy! A great way to start the day.
- 1 cup apple juice, unsweetened
- 1 cup fresh apricot, diced
- 1 cup fresh mango, diced
- 1 cup blueberries, preferrable frozen
