I was given this recipe last summer... just enough time for me to make and sample before giving out at Thanksgiving and Christmas. I loved the syrupy goodness!!! The apricots were also very sweet and tender. I have not tried them dipped in chocolate, but they were very well received after we sampled them at our Christmas dinner! The golden color liqueur made for a simple yet elegant gifts when bottled and tied with a ribbon... Thanks for sharing!!!
