How about this warmer during the cold winter months!
- 2 (12 ounce) cans apricot nectar
- 1⁄4 cup granulated sugar
- 1⁄4 cup lemon juice, fresh squeezed
- 4 inches cinnamon sticks
- In medium saucepan, combine all ingredients.
- Bring to boil, then reduce heat, cover & simmer 20 minutes before serving.
This was really tasty but I found this simply too sweet for my tastes and I'm usually a real sweet tooth. I ended up adding some soda water to dilute it a little. If I make again I will omit the sugar & increase the lemon. Thanks for posting!
