  2. Bring to boil, then reduce heat, cover & simmer 20 minutes before serving.

This was really tasty but I found this simply too sweet for my tastes and I'm usually a real sweet tooth. I ended up adding some soda water to dilute it a little. If I make again I will omit the sugar & increase the lemon. Thanks for posting!
