This is a recipe I found in a magazine many years ago.
- 1⁄3 cup Grey Poupon honey mustard
- 3 tablespoons apricot preserves
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 1 lb)
- Blend mustard, apricot preserves and ginger. Brush some mustard mixture on chicken. Grill or broil chicken 6 to 8 minutes on each side or until done, brushing with mustard mixture frequently.
