If desired serve with apricot baked ham.
- 2 -3 cups pan juices, from baked ham
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch or 2 tablespoons flour
- 1⁄4 cup water
- Add pan juices (from baked ham) and 1 cup water to a pan.
- Heat to a boil.
- Simmer about 20 minutes.
- Mix cornstarch & 1/4 cup water.
- Blend into pan juices.
- Serve with Apricot baked ham.
