- 1 (18 ounce) jar apricot preserves
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground thyme
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 green onion
- 2 pork loin, each cut in half
directions
- preheat oven to 350.
- put preserves, ginger and thyme int the blender.
- rough chop the garlic and put into the blender.
- slice the green onion and add to the blender.
- puree until well mixed.
- pour mixture into a gallon baggie.
- add the pork loins to the baggie. seal and coat them well with the preserve mixture.
- place the loins on a roasting rack.
- cook until internal temperature is 170.
- slice and serve.

The thyme, garlic & apricot combo was absolutely wonderful & we had a great pork dinner!! Easy to prepare, too! Another time I might just set aside a bit of the glazing mixture & use it to baste the pork during baking! Great recipe for keeping! [Made & reviewed in Zaar Chef Alphabet Soup recipe tag]
