directions

  • preheat oven to 350.
  • put preserves, ginger and thyme int the blender.
  • rough chop the garlic and put into the blender.
  • slice the green onion and add to the blender.
  • puree until well mixed.
  • pour mixture into a gallon baggie.
  • add the pork loins to the baggie. seal and coat them well with the preserve mixture.
  • place the loins on a roasting rack.
  • cook until internal temperature is 170.
  • slice and serve.
