Had extra apricot preserves. Started mixing things. This was the result Serve with apricot ham gravey if desired or just the pan juices.
- Pre heat oven 350 degrees Place ham in a large baking pan.
- Mix rest of ingredients.
- Blend well.
- Pour over ham.
- Bake 20 minutes per pound.
- Baste often with pan juices.
- Slice ham.
- Serves 12.
Great recipe..Loved it..Instead of ground cloves,Iput a few whole cloves directly into the ham... sandy
This glaze was wonderful. I added 1/8 tsp garlic and cut back on the ground cloves. The ham, served with the juices from the pan was to die for!
