- 2 cups milk
- 1⁄2 cup dried apricot, soaked and drained
- 1⁄3 cup honey
- 3 eggs
- whipped cream
- cinnamon or almond extract
- Blend first 4 ingredients unril smooth.
- Pour into oiled or buttere custard cups.
- Place cups in pan of hot water.
- Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
- Serve with whipped cream flavored with cinnamon or almond extract.
