I love the sweet and tangy flavors of chutney. They are great served with cheese and crackers, or they add a wonderful flavor to chicken or tuna salad.

Say 'chutney' & I'm willing to look at it! Say 'apricot' as well, & I'm hooked! Followed the recipe right on down on this one (pretty much!), finely mincing the onion, using dark raisins & a generous teaspoon of zest! Combined with cream cheese & a nice variety of crackers, & this chutney was gone in no time! ABSOLUETLY NICE! Thanks for sharing a great recipe! Directions

  1. In a large saucepan, combine all the ingredients; bring to a boil over high heat.
  2. Reduce heat, and simmer uncovered, 30 minutes or to desired consistency, stirring occasionally.
  3. Cover and chill.
  4. Serve with ham or cheese and crackers.
