My husband really liked this recipe. My kids and I thought it was ok. I used skim milk in place of the lactose-free milk because that is what we use in our house and followed everything else as stated. I pared this with Knorr Rice Sides and Crisp Roasted Broccoli for a super easy dinner. Thank you for something a little different than the normal chicken Acadia*! Made for PAC Spring 2014.

Wow what a super-dee-duper supper! The flavor was outstanding and it was so easy to make and get in the oven! I used the options of cooking spray for browning and 1% milk for dipping. The only little thing I did to speed up baking was to pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness so they finished in the oven within 20 minutes. Made for the I Recommend tag game! A definite keeper!

Very tasty Acadia! My DH and I are both lactose intolerant so we always have lactose-free milk on hand. Really enjoyed this! I did cut the recipe in half as only the 2 of eating, and used cooking spray to brown my chicken. Otherwise made as written. Made for Potluck Tag.

Delish! This reminds me so much of a favorite whole chicken that we used to cook on a rotisserie. I used 2% milk and cooking spray to brown the chicken. Such a simple, easy, and tasty dish. Thanks Acadia for a new keeper. Made as a bonus tag for Potluck Tag Invite a Friend special.
