"I got this recipe from a friend for Christmas and it's really delicious over ice cream, cheesecake, or any dessert!"

ingredients

• 1 cup dried apricot, cut in quarters
• 1⁄2 cup sugar
• 10 ounces maraschino cherries
• 1 cup vodka

directions

1. Combine the apricots, sugar and cherries with their juice in your blender until well blended, then add the vodka and blend again.
2. Remove the mixture to a jar and let marinate, inverting the jar regularly, for two weeks or until all the sugar is dissolved.
