Quite yummy and makes nice gifts in a quick pinch
- Allow butter to come to room temp (I used salted,but you could use unsalted if you have sodium issues).
- Mix butter,preserves and powdered sugar with hand mixer.
- Allow flavors to come together(overnight is good) before placing in fridge.
- Allow to soften when serving.
- Makes 6 4oz canning jars for gift giving.
