- 4.92 ml ground cinnamon
- 2.46 ml ground nutmeg
- 3 egg whites
- 177.44 ml nonfat vanilla soymilk
- 177.44 ml applesauce
- 44.37 ml whipped butter

directions
- Preheat the Oven to 350.
- Coat a 9x5 Loaf Pan with cooking Spray.
- Combine all ingredients in a Medium Mixing Bowl.
