Great on almost anything.
- 1⁄2 cup apricot jam
- 1⁄4 cup dried apricot, finely chopped
- 1⁄4 cup dry white wine
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Heat all ingredients over low heat, stirring occasionally, until jam is melted.
A quick tasty addition to add some interest to a plain piece of meat. I made this last night to serve with some ham steaks. Minor addition of 1 TBS of white wine vinegar to the sauce. We both enjoyed it.
