Oh Kree...I made you BBQ chicken for dinner, I just cannot say enough about it, it was so delicious!. I made mine with thighs and legs, and doubled the sauce recipe, (added more garlic then stated) what a wonderful dinner we had. I served it with brown rice....this chicken recipe is is highly reccomended, and so easy to put together. Thank you Kree for posting, I will be making this often...KC :-)

Oh my, this is delicious, we ate the whole thing. I Made the recipe just like it said except, I used boneless, skinless chicken thighs. Delicious served over rice. I will be making this again & often DH loved it. Thanks Kree.

This was quick, easy, and tasty. It was a nice variation on the Catalina dressing and apricot preserves or Catalina and cranberry sauce chicken recipes I have made in the past. The only changes I made were to add a couple extra cloves of garlic and some black pepper. Served it over rice with some steamed broccoli. (13)

Simple and quick. I had all the ingredients already in my kitchen and my family loved it.

Saved dinner! I went to make a recipe that I made eons ago, but must have copied it wrong and it was a mess! Was low on time and ingredients, and really wanted a sauce with apricot preserves. Some how I found this! And some how I had everything for it! Including about 1/4 cup honey bbq sauce left. Made with drums and Fiance thought it was great! Little did he know I scrambled 30 minutes earlier to just get something in the oven!! Very good! Very simple!

This turned out so srumptious and moist! I was looking for an oven recipe with BBQ sauce and the chicken breasts and found this. I have a similar recipe that takes apricot preserves and horseradish sauce. I used 2 lbs chicken, left whole and baked in the oven after pouring sauce over it. The sauce had 1/2 C apricot and 1/2 C homemade BBQ. I cooked with Spinach and Cheese Mashed Potatoes in a 400° oven for 30 minutes (the breasts were large). So good! This has been my go to recipe for when I don't feel like cooking. It's a guarantee with the kids and it's so easy (since I cook them whole). I put this into my book#234006.

This is a tasty, easy recipe. I've tried chicken recipes with apricot preserves and french salad dressing for the sauce, but we preferred this recipe. The barbecue sauce addition made the sauce thicker and delicious over the chicken and the rice. I did decrease the oven temperature to 350 because I was afraid the sauce might burn.
