Requires no cooking! Just a little chilling time.
- 3 (6 ounce) packages dried apricots, diced
- 1 (14 ounce) package flaked coconut
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1⁄2 cup sifted powdered sugar
- Combine apricots, coconut, and pecans in a large bowl; add condensed milk, stir well.Chill. Shape mixture into 1 inch balls, and roll each in powdered sugar. Store in airtight container in fridge.
