Woot. Make sure the apricot is really ripe. To lower the sugar, use plain yogurt and add 1 packet artificial sweetener.
- 1 apricot, pitted and cut into eighths
- 1⁄4 cup strawberry, hulled and cut into quarters
- 6 ounces non-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1⁄4 cup skim milk
- Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until frothy.
