Applesauce Tea Bread

Love this bread. Not only does it smell great while baking, it is light and airy to eat. Not too sweet which we like. I sprinkled a bit of maple sugar on the top, not enough for a crust but enough to give that first hint of what is to come. Thank you for such an easy and delightful bread. PAC BABY Sept 2009

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Mix the dry ingredients together and add the applesauce, then the egg and milk.
  2. Pour into nonstick loaf pan and bake at 350F for 50 min.
  3. Remove and cool.
