  1. Mix all ingredients (except raisins) in a bowl.
  2. Stir in raisins.
  3. Bake in a 7 x ll" baking pan.
  4. 350 degrees 20-25 mins.
  5. Topping: Brown butter in a small pan.
  6. Whisk in powdered sugar, vanilla and milk.
  7. Frost cooled cake.

I made this recipe with egg whites instead of whole egg, didn't frost it... and it disappeared in seconds flat!! It is so moist, the brown sugar gives it a wonderful taste. YUM!
