My kids love this recipe. We sometimes decorate the tops with colored sugar before baking. You can add nuts or raisins for a nice touch, too.

  1. Mix all ingredients.
  2. Bake at 375 degrees for 18-20 minutes or until puffed up and golden brown on top.
  3. Cool on a wire rack, in pan, for 5 minutes and then turn out onto the rack to finish cooling.

I really like these. I added about 3/4 cup of raisons. Great flavor and very moist.

Great muffins! I cut this recipe in half and it's a good thing that I did, otherwise my family would have ate them all!! They went very well with our breakfast. Thanks so much for posting!!
