This was really good and easy to make. I followed the recipe as written. The whole family enjoyed it.
this set wonderful, I went with sweetened applesauce and strawberry jello as that is all I had, also I used regular 7-Up not the diet, and made in a square pan, this turned out wonderful, thanks for sharing Susie!
We liked this very much. It's Tangy as my husband says. We're not big fans of jello or applesauce but this is great. We're trying to loose some weight and I thought I would slip something no sugar in on him hoping he wouldn't notice and it worked. Thank you for a wonderful recipe.
Hey SusieQusie: I really did enjoy this recipe, easy and fast to make.I am excited to make it for our granddaughter! Thank You Dula
YUMMY! This is a WONDERFUL TANGY FRUITY sugar-free jello. I had to sub peach jello because I didn't know I was out of raspberry until I started making it. I squeezed fresh OJ. I reversed steps 4 and 5 and then poured it into a 4.2 cup tupperware dish. The texture takes some getting used to...kind like baby food...but it has a great flavor. Made for Photo Tag so I added some red food coloring to compensate for the peach jello.
I gave this 5 stars. I make a recipe just like this except it never called for diet products and no oj. I love this recipe. I got the recipe from my home ec. class years ago. We made it as part of a class project. I've also made this for a family gathering and got great reviews. I have not had it in a long while so it's sure time. Thanks for posting a great recipe. I love this, it more than diabetic legal, it's diabetic blessed. The taste is excellent and I quite like the texture that the applesauce gives it. I used strawberry jello (because thats what I had) and as strawberries and o.j. have a natural affinity for one another it was a grand flavor mix. It's saved to my diabetic cookbook.
