Nice change for dessert! I used 1/2 cup raisins, just cause we really like them. I realized *after* it was in the oven that I didn't have any icing sugar to make the topping, but it was still pretty good without it! I'm gonna go have my second piece now :D

tried it last night. it was so moist and easy to make and i bought caramel icing to go on it. next time i will use the caramel icing listed that goes with it.
