This is a GREAT doughnut for breakfast or anytime and very easy to make!

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients except oil and cinnamon sugar mixture in large bowl with electric mixer.
  2. Cover and refrigerate about 1 hour.
  3. Heat oil in fryer to 375
  4. Roll out dough and cut doughnuts.
  5. Fry doughnuts 1-2 minutes per side till golden brown.
  6. Optional Sprinkle doughnuts with cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  7. ENJOY!
