I loved this bread! I added 1/2 t of cinnamon and a 1/2 t of allspice. I used the entire egg (all 3) because our family doesn't have a cholesterol problem... but because we do have to watch our sugar, I used 1 C of Splenda in place of the sugar. It turned out very well. Thank you very much for the recipe.

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Combine all ingredients.
  3. Spray loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  4. Spread batter into a 9x5x3 inch loaf pan.
  5. Bake 45 minutes.
