  1. I loved this bread! I added 1/2 t of cinnamon and a 1/2 t of allspice. I used the entire egg (all 3) because our family doesn't have a cholesterol problem... but because we do have to watch our sugar, I used 1 C of Splenda in place of the sugar. It turned out very well. Thank you very much for the recipe.
