    Ingredients:

    Directions:

      slice the sweet potatoes and dice the apples.
    2. 2
      Grease a 9x13 in baking pan
    3. 3
      Arrange a layer of sweet potatoes, salt and pepper, 2 Tbsp butter.
    4. 4
      Add layer of apples, 2 Tbsp sugar, nutmeg.
    5. 5
      Repeat the layers.

      Bake in 350 oven for about 40 to 45 min, or until tender and to taste.
