  1. I'm in the process of making this now, but there are no instructions for the last 4 ingredients. I take it those are to make the maple butter sauce. At least I hope so as that is what I am gonna do. You might want to add the instructions for others who may be confused. Thanks!

  2. This is awesome! I have always loved this dessert at Applebee's, and this is pretty darn close! I added a 1/2 cup of nuts, left out the white chocolate chips, and added some heavy cream to the sauce to make it more caramel-y and thicker. I have SO MUCH sauce left over that I would recommend cutting it in half. Or you could do like I am right now and bake another blondie cake to go along with it. :) Thanks for a great recipe!

  3. This is better than good! I have to make this one of my top 5 recipes. I will serve it to all my friends. Thanks so much for sharing. Must serve with vanilla ice cream. Yummy!

  4. This was GREAT. It was easy and quick. The sauce was so GOOD. It was just like Applebee's.

  5. Yummm! This was really good, such a simple dessert. I served it after a dinner for ten people. I made half the sauce and it was plenty. I was a little confused on the instructions for the sauce and apparently boiled it a little too long because it was a little "sticky" and hard over ice cream but still really good and makes an impressive presentation. Thanks.

  1. Wow!! Super good!! I remember having this at Applebee's a long time ago and it tasted just like this!!! I cut the butter sauce recipe in half because it is sweet and you don't need much of it!!I used chocolate chips instead of white chocolate chips but will definitely be making again to try with white chocolate! I like this recipe a lot!!! Thanks for posting!
