This was delicious! I used a whole bag of fresh spinach (chopped in the food processor). I also substituted about 3-4 oz of mayo and 2-3 oz. sour cream in place of the alfredo sauce. I made a couple pizza crusts from pouches instead of using tortillas because I wanted a more substantial crust. I had enough filling for both pizzas with a little bit left over for dip. Really enjoyed it!

I have been enjoying this yummy appy for years at Applebee's and am so glad I can prepare it at home now! I made this several times now... it's great when you get the munchies and want something hot. I like to make this pizza whenever I have some leftover pinach and artichoke dip so I don't have to waste time preparing that day. This is so easy and tasty... Thanks for sharing!
