This came from the Happy Herbivore. It is quick, inexpensive, uses easy ingredients and smuggles spinach into you. Love it.
- 1 cup non dairy milk (I have used almond and soy)
- 1 small apple, cut up into chunks
- one small banana, frozen
- half teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 cups spinach
- Put everything into a blender.
- If you don''t have a frozen banana, add a couple of ice cubes.
