Directions

  1. Cut apples into quarters.
  2. Remove the seeds and cut into small pieces.
  3. Put all ingredients in a blender and puree.
  4. Pour into glasses and serve chilled.

This was really good, but I have to admit that sometimes I add some vanilla ice cream to it. But even with using the yogurt, it was rated high by my 10-yr.old grandson.
